Headquarter and main hub for the tournament weekend will be the Highlight Sportsbar. There eveyone meets, eats and sleeps. Next door you'll find the Elbe Stadium, the grounds of the Wedeler sports club. On those holy grass we'll carry out the German Freestyle Frisbee Championships 2014.

We have a gym up in our sleeve so that bad weather, rain or too heavy winds can't keep us away. The gym is a couple of minutes walk away from the club grounds:

How to get there:

By air:

Once you’ve arrived at Hamburg Airport you can choose between S-Bahn or taxi:

By S-Bahn:

The stop „Hamburg Airport (Flughafen)“ is located in front of the terminals. Take line S1 directed to "Ohlsdorf" which leaves every 10 minutes. It goes via Hauptbahnhof straight to Wedel.

You can get the tickets on the platform, a single ticket is 3 Euro.

By train

From the main station you can hop onto the S-Bahn (suburban train) line S1 to „Wedel (Holst)“. In about 30 minutes you arrive at Wedel, it‘s the last stop. From the train station it’s a 15 minutes walk to the sports ground.

Tip: Most IC and ICE trains go via the main station to Hamburg Altona, where you can also swap onto line S1. That saves you some time.

By car:

From Berlin:

1. A10 to Hamburg
2. A24 to Hamburg until you arrive "Horner Kreisel"
3. at Horner Kreisel take the 2nd exit ("Sievekingsallee")
4. go via "Bürgerweide" and "Spaldingstraße" to the state road B4
5. follow the B4 to "Altstadt" and later to "Altona"
6. B4 becomes B431 ("Stresemannstraße"), just follow until Wedel
7. watch out for the S-Bahn station "Wedel" to your right and turn left at the traffic lights onto "Bahnhofstraße"
8. turn right straight into the "Gorch-Fock-Straße"
9. at the next traffic light turn left onto "Schulauer Straße"
10. in approx. 500m you'll see the Highlight Sportsbar to your left

1. Change from state road B5 onto A5 to Frankfurt am Main
2. follow the A5 and take A7 to Hannover
3. follow the A7 until Hamburg
